Our client, a well-known medical facility, located in Skokie, Illinois has an immediate need for multiple experienced temp-to-hire full-time Call Center Representatives. You must have at least 2-3 years of recent work experience working in a medical call center work environment. A high school diploma is required. You must also be proficient with both inbound and outbound calling. You will be responsible for handling about 70 to 100 calls day; mostly inbound with occasional outbound calls. Inbound calls are primarily to schedule and register outpatient procedures, verify insurance and answer any common patient questions as necessary. The client is looking for a team player to work in a 60-person call center team. Basic computer skills in MS Office are required along with the ability to type 30 wpm. Knowledge of medical terminology & EPIC software is also preferred.
Call Center Hours of Operation
The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-7:00 pm and Saturdays, 9:00 am-1 pm. During new employee training, you will be scheduled from 8:00am-4: 30 pm or 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. After successful completion of training, your schedule will be changed to 9am-7:00 pm, Monday-Friday and 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday. Specifically, M-F, 4 x 9 hour shifts = 36 hours & Sat, 4 hours, employees will then have a day off on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
This is a temp-to-hire position will pay $13.00/hr during the contract period. Upon conversion to the client’s payroll there is a guaranteed hourly rate increase and inclusion in the client’s benefits program.

Our client, a busy and well known hospital located in Winfield, Illinois has an immediate need for an experienced direct hire full-time Cancer Registrar with at least 3+ years of recent and related oncology healthcare experience to work in the hospital's busy Oncology Department. Previous hospital intake experience is also a huge plus. An Associates Degree in Health Information Management is also required; a Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred along with a required up to date Tumor Registrar Certification. Your main responsibility while on the job will be to both quickly and accurately registrar cancer patient information into the computer system within a timely manner to be processed for billing purposes. In addition, in order to be successful while on the job you must be familiar with the various insurance policies and procedures along with the patient registration process. Therefore, understanding the health insurance basics such as the Medicare Id's and the difference between a subscriber and a guarantor is essential. You must also have proficient computer skills in both Word and Excel and be able to type at least 40WPM with a high level of accuracy. Previous experience with the Series Program a McKesson software product is also a huge plus, but is only a client preference not a requirement since software training will be provided. This will be a direct hire full-time job opportunity Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) that will pay $40,000 per year with an incentive compensation potential and a full benefits package. Our Client, a medical center in Maywood has a need for a long term RN, full time, M-F for an immediate need. This is a long-term contract project in their provider relations department. The position involves primarily outpatient referrals with some inpatient UM & pharmaceutical UM. Thee Dept. has a covered population of 20,000 HMO members with 70 PCPs. The members either belong to BCBS HMO Illinois or IL Health Connect, the Medicaid HMO product. The client uses Milliman Guidelines and MIDAS for any Case Management.
Qualifications:
5 years of health care experience
Medical terminology and basic understanding of the terminology
