Our client, a well-established Oncology practice located near Old Orchard in Skokie, has an immediate need for an experienced clinical RN, licensed in Illinois. Ideal candidate will have a background in Oncology, including the mixing and administering of chemotherapy drugs, but doctor is willing to train a skilled and highly experienced nurse from other specialties. This rarely available position is due to a replacement on their staff.
In a small office setting, you will interact closely with the doctor and another nurse. The position is 16 hours weekly, no weekends and no overtime. Additional hours may be gained by covering vacation time for other nurses at the other office at RMC on the Northwest side of Chicago. The main goal is someone who is passionate about his or her work, highly experienced in direct patient care, and easy to work with. This is a friendly, family-oriented office.
This position pays $33-$34 hourly, depending on your qualifications. Full benefits, including 401K are available. Please respond at your earliest possible opportunity. Positions like this are few and far between!

The client is looking for someone with 2-5 years of recent and related work experience working in an acute care setting along with 2+ years of supervisory experience. A college degree is required. This will be a full-time position Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) daily.
Job Requirements:
2 to 5 years of recent & related work experience working in an acute care setting is required although 5 years of previous experience is strongly preferred.
At least 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
A college degree is mandatory.
An active RHIA, RHIT or CPHQ certification is essential.

Our client, located in NW Indiana (CrownPoint), is an integrated health management company that provides a full continuum of health management services.
The Health Trend Management Coach reaches out to members introducing them to program services with the goal of engaging them in programs to achieve optimal health. Health Trend Management Coaches help individuals learn self-management skills for chronic conditions as well as monitoring recent hospital discharged patients to reduce readmissions. Reinforces self-care teaching and monitoring of chronic conditions and provides ongoing support, encouragement and education. This is a full time position, 8 am to 4:30pm M-F. There are some occasional after hours and weekend work requirements, but those can be done from home.
Qualifications/Experience:
Current unencumbered licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana. Minimum 3 years clinical practice experience. Highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Cardiac background preferred. Disease management experience is a plus. Degrees in other specialties, which may include Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Diabetes Educator, Mental Health, etc., a plus. Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.
Elements of position:
The nurse practices within the scope of licensure in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and/or scope of education. Attend onsite health fairs/benefits fairs/health screenings, if needed. Must have excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, client companies, employees and others. Must be able to prioritize daily workflow as well as other assignments/projects. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Off shift/weekends required but those hours can be worked from home.

The client is seeking two Coding and Reimbursement Specialists to work in the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Orthopedic/Podiatry, Pathology. This is a full time position 8:30am to 4:30pm M-F.
Job Description:
· Researches coding guidelines from authoritative sources to ensure correct coding principles are being applied.
· Reviews charge tickets and/or medical records for proper assignment of ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers according to authoritative sources for coding, billing and documentation.
· Applies AMA, Medicare and specific payer guidelines in evaluating charge ticket and medical records. Where appropriate, specialty society recommendation may be applied.
· Works with internal staff to provide appeal rationale for the purpose of obtaining all eligible reimbursement or to provide rationale based on coding principles on why a service should not be appealed.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Solid foundation in coding and billing
· Experience with coding Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Orthopedic/Podiatry, Pathology, Evaluation and management services and surgical procedures.
· RHIT, CPC or CCS-P required
· 1-2 years experience in coding and billing a must
